7. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials created remain the property of Northmark Digital until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except for third-party tools or licensed materials.

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without consent.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.).
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by these platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Northmark Digital shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of revenue or business
Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not made
There is misuse of our services
